We are now providing sales for Singapore as well as overseas buyers. Do read the FAQ for more information on the prices, currency and shipping. ^^ Enjoy your shopping!!

 

Items
Goods are non-refundable and are ordered with first-come-first-serve basis.

Items can be put on hold for maximum of one week. It will be cancelled automatically if there is no reply from buyer after a week.

We’ll send an update whenever we have new items when they are in-store, so subscribe to our mailing list at our main page now!

Prices are just estimates and subjected to changes!!

Pre-Order
Pre-order is available and deposit is required.

If the item is out-of-stock, we’ll give full refund of the deposit paid.
If you want to cancel the order after we managed to get the item pre-ordered, the deposit is not refundable.

Order Form
Order can be done at LiveJournal site via comments or personal message.
Your orders could also be made at the Order & Request Form under Pages.
The Format will be given on that page.

Payment
We will send you the total amount via email within 24 hours after your orders are sent. Please reply with the transaction number, date and time after you made your payment if you are using Internet Banking.

All prices are in US Dollar currency. (Prices and Currency rates are subjected to changes and exclude shipping cost and other additional costs e.g. packaging).

Payment preferred for Singapore buyers is via local bank transfer or meet up personally.
The payment can be done in Singapore Dollar. It will be subjected to currency exchange rate.

Payment preferred for Foreign buyers is via Paypal and in the currency of Singapore Dollar . (Paypal Fees for payments will be included in the total amount). Paypal Fees:
- 3.4% + 0.50 SGD (Domestic)
- 3.9% + 0.30 USD (International)

We only accept concealed cash when payment is made in Singapore Dollar however we do not take responsibility if it is lost. Please send it at your own risk.

Shipping & Handling
Do make sure your information in PayPal are up to date ^^ so we could ship the items to you safe and sound. For Singapore buyers, you could drop us an email stating your full mailing address.

Do inform us if you want to do tracking (registered mail) on your items, however there’ll be an additional cost added into it. Registered mail is encouraged as we do not hold responsibility over lost mails.

Items are usually shipped within 48 hours after the payment. Overcharged in shipping will be refunded.

We do not take responsibility if the goods are damanged during the course of delivery.

Others
All buyers are advised to respond to the email within 24 hours.
